• The process begins when we are informed by a caseworker, from one of 50 local agencies, that an individual or family has secured housing and is moving into a local house or apartment and needs our services.

• We meet with the clients to assess their needs and to evaluate their new space.

• Appropriate furniture and household items are pulled from our donations at our storage facility and we make a plan for move-in day. 

• On move-in day, a team of volunteers load our vans and we all caravan to the new space.

• Finally, the volunteer team places the furniture and other items in just the right spot for the final reveal! We make the beds, fold the towels, hang the shower curtain, hang the art and everything else to make it a finished home.
